Home Condition
Report is exactly what the name suggests. It is a Professional
Independent report on the condition of the home you are either
looking to sell or looking to buy.
The report covers
all aspects of the home from the local area, the walls, the roof,
the services, down to the condition of the kitchen drawers.
Each item inspected
is given a condition rating by the Home Inspector. The ratings are
either 1, 2 or 3. A rating of 1 would signify 'Normal Maintenance
Required', a 2 would signify that a 'Repair or Replacement is
Required' and a 3 would signify there is 'Replacement or Repair
Necessary' and it is considered serious or urgent.
This is just
snapshot of the report content, there would be more detail on the
items inspected.
The reports
prepared by Andrew R Williams have been designed to be easily
understood by all and purposely do not use any industry related
jargon.
