Performance Certificate
In June this
year, it is proposed to be a mandatory requirement for all homes
placed on the market to have an Energy
Performance Certificate provided with the Estate
Agents Sales details.
The certificate
will be a grading of the property's energy efficiency, similar to
that provided on all household white goods. This includes : Washing
Machines or Fridge Freezers.
An
Andrew R Williams Home Inspector
will collect the information necessary to enable them to complete
the calculation. When all of this data is analysed for your
certificate, Andrew R Williams will make recommendations on how to
improve your homes energy efficiency. This information will include
data relating to the likely savings you would make.
